• Personalized Onboarding: We’ll start with a conversation about your business, your goals, and your current bookkeeping setup.
• Customized Service Plan: I’ll recommend a service package that fits your needs, whether you want ongoing support or help with a specific project. With rare exceptions, most services are billed on a flat fee basis.

Full-Service Bookkeeping covers every aspect of your business’s financial health, designed to give you confidence and clarity: 

• ACCOUNT SET-UP: I work exclusively in QuickBooks Online. If you already have an account, set-up will entail checking to make sure it's set up correctly and no information is missing. If you don't already have a QBO subscription, I'll guide you through the process of choosing the right one and thoroughly filling in all necessary information.
• BOOKS CLEAN-UP AND CATCH-UP: "Clean-Up" means work I would do to correct historical errors and bring your books into balance. "Catch-Up" means entering data that is missing so that your books are accurate, complete and caught up.
• FINANCIAL ACCOUNTS: From daily transaction entry to monthly bank reconciliations, I keep your bank accounts, credit cards and loans accurately reconciled and up to date so you can trust your financial data.
• MONEY IN: Managing income sources includes Accounts Receivable (Invoicing), Customers & Sales, Invoices, Payments, Deposits and Refund Processing.
• MONEY OUT: This involves handling Expenses, Accounts Payable (Vendors and Bills) and Credit Processing.
• ASSET TRACKING: Typically, small businesses have several different types of assets: Current, Long-Term, Fixed and Retained Earnings. 
• PAYROLL: I am certified in the use of a third-party payroll app called Gusto, which is used to handle both W=2 employees and contractors.
• INVENTORY: I use third-party apps that integrate with QuickBooks Online to efficiently manage inventory.
• TAXES: 
• - State Sales Taxes: QuickBooks Online can be set up to automatically calculate and apply state sales taxes.
• -Income Taxes: I do not hold the specialized certifications necessary to prepare taxes. I do handle quarterly taxes payments and prepare year-end financial reports to provide to your accountant and/or tax preparer.
• PLANNING & REPORTS: This includes things like Projects, Estimates and Specialized Reports.
• CLOSING THE BOOKS: This is an important month-end and year-end step to keep your books accurate and clean.
